Helping your child communicate, connect, and build confidence
Communication is about Connection
All children want to understand and be understood. I provide speech therapy that is child-led, neurodiversity-affirming, and focused on practical communication skills.
If your child is struggling to pronounce words, if their language seems "young" for their age, or even if they aren't speaking at all - speech therapy can make a big difference!
I specialize in autism, early speech and language development, and AAC, and I have 12 years of experience treating a wide variety of communication issues. I like to incorporate art, music, reading, and imaginary play into my sessions, and I build on your child’s interests to make therapy engaging and fun. I hope that wherever you end up, you find the help and support you need.

Services
Speech Therapy
Speech Therapy helps kids pronounce words clearly so that they can be understood. This can include therapy for a single sound or dozens of them, and can be effective for children at any age.
Language Therapy
Language therapy addresses issues like delayed language learning, limited vocabulary, difficulty following directions or following a conversation, and difficulty with grammar.
AAC
I provide extensive family training and long-term speech therapy for children learning to use AAC for communication. I also offer comprehensive AAC evaluations and training for teachers or other staff.
Evaluations
Depending on your child’s needs and your concerns, this may include evaluation of speech sounds, stuttering, voice quality, language skills, social communication, or AAC. Call if you have questions.
AAC Consultations for Adults
If you’re an adult who would like to try AAC for your own communication needs, I offer free consults. Ask questions, try out different systems, and discuss your options.
Family Coaching
I provide coaching and regular “homework” to families that are interested. I’m also certified in the Hanen program, which focuses on teaching parents practical strategies to support social communication.
